El The right to education in Mexico: A documentary analysis of the regulatory framework and its social implications

Abstract

This research about the right to education in Mexico involves an analysis and compilation of legislation, regulations, and public policies on the subject, from the international, national, state, and municipal levels. Based on this, the main challenges for its proper implementation across all sectors and in compliance with the national education project are classified, proposing prospective lines of research with the goal of harmonizing the legal framework.
